On February 6, 2026, members of the grantee office and delegate programs participated in the annual ERSEA training. All staff with job duties relating to ERSEA who were hired within in the last three years were required to take part in the training. The training was held at the Ramada Inn in Paintsville and there were 54 staff members in attendance.
Training information focused on how to determine the eligibility of children and the proper procedures for enrollment on COPA, our online data system. I want to thank each person who attended and trust that the information will be valuable to you as we enter into another recruitment period and prepare for new group of children and families during the upcoming months.
